Working with Me
Starting therapy is a big step, and finding the right person to work with you makes all the difference. I believe that the connection between therapist and client is the foundation for real, lasting change—when you feel comfortable and understood, the work becomes more meaningful. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been through it before, I’ll meet you where you are and help you settle in. My goal is to create a space that feels calm and supportive so that exploring challenges feels a little less overwhelming and a lot more hopeful.
I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, reduce stress, and navigate life transitions. I also have a deep passion for supporting new parents and helping individuals improve relationships, whether that means working through communication challenges, jealousy, or codependency. If you’re feeling stuck and unsure where to begin, I’m here to walk that path with you.
My therapeutic style is interactive, collaborative, and grounded in connection. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and create a path forward that feels right for you.
People need people,
To walk to
To talk to
To cry and rely on,
People will always need people.
To love and to miss
To hug and to kiss,
It’s useful to have other people.
To whom to moan
If you’re all alone,
It’s so hard to share
When no one is there.
There’s not much to do
When there’s no one but you.
People will always need people.
